Snake Kills the Crocodile after a 5hr long Battle
A rare encounter of a Python killing an alligator and swallowing it near the freshwater lake moondarra in Queensland, Australia.
When we talk of the giants in the Animal kingdom who rarely like to have a showdown between them, one can deduct the fact that both the counterparts must be strong and won't interfere in each other's business until there's a danger to their existing livestock from each other. This is what happened when a Python tried to enter the domain of a huge Crocodile threatening to feed on it's livestock or back away, but since these creatures rarely meet one can say the sense of pride drives them to fight it out, but this wasn't the case in encounter seen on the edge of freshwater lake moondarra in Queensland, Australia.
The Python trying to takeover the livestock of Giant crocodile's (not big enough in comparison to larger alligators)domain desperately tries to fight the huge crocodile. Crocodile tries to chew away the snake grabbing it's tail in between it's teeth but the python counterattacks crocodile by wrapping crocodile's neck, blocking his attempts to eat chew the snake. Python slowly starts wrapping the crocodile to squeeze him to death, however the crocodile also doesn't leave the Pythons tail. In short a battle of endurance, and to be precise the fight is taking place in near water and not on the ground. After nearly 5hrs of battle crocodile finally gives in thinking the python will leave him and spare his life as Python just won the competition and would now take over the crocodiles domain and it's livestock, but contrary to previous encounters, wildlife experts saw a completely different behavior as the greedy Python showed no mercy and killed the giant crocodile by stopping its heart by squeezing crocs lungs to cause suffocation and finally death.

The Python even managed to drag it to the ground where somehow the Python swallowed the whole crocodile. For your information a larger crocodile swallowed by a smaller Python is a very rare encounter ever recorded in the history of wildlife. Usually Crocs would eat smaller pythons and bigger pythons will hunt for smaller crocodiles.After swallowing the huge crocodile almost twice it's size the python lingered on to nearest bushes to enjoy it's unbelievably humungous meal.

In this rare scene the burmese python manages to put a fight against the huge American alligator in a forest near florida and even manages to intimidate the croc to retrieve from it's domain as the croc was competing with the python for the same resources as the top predators but it seemed the reptiles lack of structuring serve a danger for crocs lungs and chances of a python winning is quite high.
